Crops: Tillable and Pasture is currently cash rented.  Seller to retain all 2014 cash rent.

FSA Information:

 

Current tenant will receive all 2014 FSA program payments.


 A 5 acre tract has been sold off in Tract 1 but has not been separated from the FSA farm number. Whether sold in separate tracts or as a whole, Sedgwick County FSA will reconstitute the farm's acreages, and their decision is final.

Earnest money terms: $15,000 per tract non-refundable earnest at contract signing, made out to Security 1st Title and is not contingent on financing.

Closing date/place: On or before May 22, 2014 at Security 1st Title. Title policy and closing costs to be shared equally between Buyer and Seller

Possession: At closing subject to tenant rights. Full possession after harvest of growing wheat crop on tillable and November 1, 2014 on pasture.
